Music, Arts, and Drama Week

A full-day Christian Theater Camp for Rising 2nd-6th Grade Children

 

During M.A.D. Week, participants will be involved in acting, singing, and dancing as well as creating sets and making costumes in preparation of performing the delightful musical for children, “The Tale of Three Trees” by Dave Clark and Jayme Thompson.

When:
July 17-21, 2017 (Monday-Friday)
The final production will be on Friday evening, July 21st, at 5:00 pm.

Rising 2nd-6th grade children

Asbury Memorial United Methodist Church

Time:
9:00 am-5:00 pm

Food:
Participants are asked to bring their own lunch.  Snacks will be provided.

Cost:
$25.00 (registration fee until June 1, 2017)
$30.00 (registration fee after June 1, 2017)

Participation will be limited to 30 children.

M.A.D. Camp Director, Judi Harvin, is a retired teacher with 34 years of elementary school experience.  She has directed numerous children’s productions.

Assistant Director and Choreographer, Maggie Harvin, is a UNCA graduate currently teaching 4th grade at The Sheikh Zayed Academy for Boys in Abu Dhabi.
